Programs

We offer sessions for every level of fitness, and each one is capped at 6 to 8 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Members also get access to our lunch and after work drop-in sessions, for those times they can’t make a class.

Titleist Performance Training

Offered in a Small Group Environment, members are assessed, both swing and movement, and then a program is built around their specific needs as an athlete.
